As promised more engagement photos!

Nathan and Elaina love each other and photography.  Both of them are used to being behind the camera but nervous about being in front of it, well Nathan specifically was nervous.  The only time he really relaxed was when he was looking at Elaina, how sweet is that!  I'm looking forward to photographing their wedding day next summer. Elaina is going to be a beautiful bride and Nathan will be mesmerized with her and not nervous about me taking photos. Here's my favorite photos of Nathan & Elaina's Engagement Session.

Thank You Portland...

Spencer and Maree are young and in love and on an adventure! They moved to a city far from family and friends and all things familiar. They've created a home for themselves, made some great friends, learned a lot about themselves and their city as they've explored.Though it hasn't always been easy or fun they've weathered all the changes beautifully and I couldn't be prouder.

I enjoyed my time in Portland visiting my Spencer and Maree.   Thank you for opening your home, your hearts, your couch, your city to me. It was a nice retreat for me and I thank you!
I LOVE you!!!!!

The Fagundo Family...

A dad, a mom, four siblings, a daughter in-law and a son in-law and three grand babies make up this super nice family.  The dad dabbles in photography so I was a bit nervous going in, but the nervousness didn't last long, they're all used to being photographed so it made my job a dream. It was a beautiful fall day filled with warmth, light, joy and lot's of smiles!

Art Museum...

While in Portland we went to the Art Museum. Don't I look more cultured? Ok, well if you could see me you may or may not think so!

We spent about three hours there, looking at everything.  I got in trouble, not once but...twice.
I failed to miss the sign on the way in that said "don't touch the art and don't take photos."

The sculptor's on display were so cool,  so huge and made of metal and had such a great texture and they just begged to be touched...I got a strict talking to by one of the museum guards, "No touching the art, please!"

We made it to second floor before I got in trouble again...

I was happily clicking away when another museum guard hustled in and told me "Don't take photos, please!"   I thought he was going to ask me to delete the ones I'd taken but he didn't...

See here's the guard headed my way...

Spencer and Maree are watching him, he was on the move and on a mission! I was at this point still oblivious and clicking away.

If you're ever in Portland Oregon make a point of going to the Art Museum, but don't touch the art and don't take photos!
